First off, it was the first oddly related word that popped up, and it was available. Why not figure out a way to include the name into some sort of theme? You know, kind of an area of focus?
So let’s start with a definition.

If the information provided here prevents even one D.U.I. charge from ever even being investigated, then isn’t that the equivilent of one less potential D.U.I. related tragedy as well?
